Questions

If yours is not here, text it and you will get a real answer from the nurse who would be doing the visit.

Booking and the visit

How do I book?

Online through Vagaro, which shows every open time, or by text to 386-387-9229. Either way Lisa confirms the time with you directly.

How fast can you get to me?

Usually within an hour of booking, depending on distance and availability. Text Lisa and she will confirm your arrival time.

How long does a visit take?

About an hour for most bags, most of it you sitting still while it runs. The NAD+ infusions are slower by design and take two to three hours.

Where can you come?

Homes, offices and vacation rentals. Give the full address, and any unit number, gate code or parking notes, when you book.

What do I need ready?

A comfortable chair, somewhere to hang the bag near it, and your Good Faith Exam done if it is your first visit. Lisa brings everything else.

Does the IV hurt?

A quick pinch, then nothing. Lisa started out drawing blood as a Phlebotomist and went on to place IVs as an ER nurse.

Prices and fees

What does it cost?

Exactly what the menu says, $119 to $349 per infusion. That number covers the infusion, the nurse’s visit and physician oversight. Add-ons are $25 to $45 each.

Is there a minimum, or a travel fee?

There is a $75 minimum per mobile appointment at one address, and every IV on the menu clears it on its own. Injections booked alone do not, so they are added to a drip or booked with someone else at the same address. No travel fee anywhere in Flagler County. Outside it, $20 to $40 depending on distance, quoted before you book.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move your visit at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are charged a $50 fee.

Do you take insurance?

No. IV therapy is almost never covered, so the price you see is the price you pay. If you come regularly, the monthly plans work out cheaper.

Can a group share one visit at one address?

Yes. It is one trip for Lisa and it clears the $75 minimum easily. Outside the county, Lisa quotes the travel fee before you book. Book each person, or text the headcount.

Safety and eligibility

What is a Good Faith Exam, and do I need one?

Before your first IV, a licensed provider evaluates you by telehealth. It is called a Good Faith Exam, and it is good for 12 months unless your medical history changes. For new clients, it is included in your IV price.

Is it always Lisa who comes?

Yes. Lisa owns the practice and does every visit herself, so the nurse you text is the nurse who shows up.

Who is overseeing this?

Lisa is a Registered Nurse, and the business is RN owned and operated. It is physician supervised by Julia Lee, MD, who is Board-Certified by the American College of Emergency Physicians. Every new client is reviewed by a licensed provider through the Good Faith Exam before anything is given.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. Lisa treats clients 16 and older. Clients who are 16 or 17 need a parent’s consent, and she does not treat anyone younger than 16.

Can you say no?

Yes, and she does. If your blood pressure or anything else is not where it should be, the visit waits. One of her Google reviews describes Lisa coming back twice before running the bag.

Is IV therapy medical treatment?

No. It delivers fluid and nutrients and it does not replace your doctor. If you need medical care, Lisa will tell you so.
