A short video visit with a licensed provider before your first IV, good for 12 months. For new clients, it is included in your IV price.

  • By video, from your phone
  • About 5 to 10 minutes
  • 9 AM to 10 PM Florida time
  • A licensed provider, not the nurse

How it works

Four steps, once a year.

  1. Open the linkIt opens Qualiphy, the telehealth service Lisa uses, on your phone or computer. Open the exam link →
  2. Have these readyYour ID, medications, allergies and health history.
  3. A short video visitInside the link, you will complete a few short forms and then you will be connected to a licensed provider who will review your medical history. This usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Then Lisa comes to youBook your visit. Your good faith exam clearance is good for 12 months unless there is a change in medical history.

Good Faith Exam, answered.

Why do I need one?

An IV and the vitamins and medications in it are prescription therapies. A Registered Nurse can give an IV but cannot prescribe one, so a licensed provider has to clear you first. The Good Faith Exam is that clearance.

Who does the exam?

A licensed provider through Qualiphy, the telehealth service Lisa’s exam link opens. Qualiphy describes its providers as physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

How long does it last?

It is good for 12 months unless there is a change in your medical history, so you do it once a year, not before every visit.

When can I do it?

Qualiphy lists provider hours of 6 AM to 7 PM Pacific, which is 9 AM to 10 PM in Florida. Do it as soon as you decide to book, so it is on file before Lisa arrives.

Does everyone in a group need their own?

Yes. Each person has their own exam, because each person has their own health history. Send everyone the link.

What if I am not cleared?

Then no IV runs, and you are not charged for one. The provider will tell you why, and it is worth raising with your own doctor.

Is it the same as seeing my doctor?

No. It is a clearance for this one therapy. It does not replace your own doctor, and an IV is not a treatment for any illness.
